Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days after order completion. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been completed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
Once your order is confirmed, cancellations are not available.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be damaged or be the wrong item that you purchased.

To complete your refund or replacement we need proof of purchase and proof of any damage to the product along with your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping costs of the return shipping are to be paid by the buyer. 
Do not return to our address listed on the website, returns are unable to be processed there. Email us and we will give you our warehouse address.
Please note: We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to customers mistake (i.e. customer enters incorrect address or does not collect order or leave clear access etc).


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@selectedtrend.com
