Shipping

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are now only shipping to the following countries:

United States, Canada, All European Countries*, Australia, New Zealand and Israel. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 1-3 business days to have your order processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number please look for the email with "tracking information" in the subject line. Please also check your spam folder. If you did not receive it after 5 business days please contact us immediately and we will re-send your tracking information email and do what we can to investigate. 

Delays can be expected in rare circumstances due to weather, natural disasters and public holidays. If any of these occur then expect delays of 1-3 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated times for delivery are:

USA -  7-19 Business Days

United Kingdom -  7-16 Business Days 

Italy -  7-19 Business Days

France -  7-19 Business Days

Ireland -  8-20 Business Days

Sweden -  7-19 Business Days

Norway -  8-24 Business Days

Switzerland -  8-26 Business Days

Canada -  10-20 Business Days (Free Shipping NOT available to Canada)

Australia -  8-20 Business Days

New Zealand -  8-19 Business Days

Rest of Europe - 10-24 Business Days

Rest of the world - 14-30 Business Days

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you will be able to check the status of your order in the email with "tracking information" in the subject line.

WHY DID MY PURCHASES NOT COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

For your benefit we sometimes ship our products separately in order for you to receive them as fast as possible.  

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT. WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFORMATION? 

If you did not receive the order tracking number please allow 5 business days to receive it. Also try checking your spam folder. If you still can't locate your tracking number then please contact us immediately at support@selectedtrend.com
